3. Course Access and Payments

All course purchases are final. Access credentials are non-transferable. Prices are listed in USD. Freshpoint Atelier reserves the right to modify offerings and pricing with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not copy, redistribute, or resell course materials. Harassment, abusive language, or any activity that disrupts the learning environment is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, PDFs, and formulations, remains the exclusive property of Freshpoint Atelier. No license is granted beyond personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Freshpoint Atelier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or participation in courses.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel enrollment per the refund policy stated in each course description.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County.
